Classes and workshops are open to anyone 14 or over (Fitness First classes are restricted to age 16 and over).

Teaches Egyptian and Turkish belly dance, folkloric and also gypsy style.

Experience & style: Ozlem has a good experience of belly dance movements and structure and she specializes in Turkish folk dance.
She also taught children from the age of six and up.

Also a trainer with Paul Mckenna, I use accelerated learning techniques within my teaching to enable students to learn quicker.
Classes include technique, focusing on various moves, and a different piece of choreography every term.
Also, lessons include teaching on rhythm, timing, and how to add drama to your performance.

Belly dancing is a great way of getting fit, losing weight, improving posture, and relieving back problems by strengthening the core muscles.
It is also great fun for women of all ages and fitness levels.
