Interesting information: As a life-long dancer, the belly dance style particularly appeals to me due to the natural, feminine, pelvic-centred movements, and the grace and supportive group nature of my particular style, American Tribal. This dance is joyful, as well as a wonderful form of exercise to maintain a healthy, supple body and give emotional upliftment.
